Tampa, FL 02/20/2026 — The Florida Aviation Business Association (FABA) is proud to announce the launch of its new Legislative Program, designed to unify and amplify the voice of Florida’s aviation industry at the state level.
With Florida’s general aviation sector serving as a vital economic engine, FABA’s Legislative Program provides businesses, airports, and aviation service providers a direct channel to influence policy, shape regulatory priorities, and protect the future of aviation in the Sunshine State.
A Unified Voice for Aviation
Through FABA’s Legislative Coalition, members gain access to experienced lobbyists and strategic engagement with the FABA Board. This initiative ensures aviation professionals have “one legislative voice in Tallahassee” to advocate for the industry’s shared interests and emerging concerns.
As a powerful show of unity, both the South Florida Business Aviation Association (SFBAA) and the Central Florida Business Aviation Association (CFBAA) have joined FABA as Association Members, solidifying a statewide coalition that represents the full spectrum of Florida’s business aviation community—from Miami to Orlando and beyond.

Quarterly Legislative Webinar Forums
To further strengthen member engagement and statewide collaboration, FABA will host Quarterly Legislative Webinar Forums, also known as Tally Talks—open to all Legislative Program participants. These sessions will feature timely policy updates, guest speakers, and interactive discussions with the FABA Lobbyist and Board.
