Opposition Rising to Capping Veterans’ Flight Training Benefits
NBAA and other aviation associations are asking lawmakers to change legislation that would put a cap on payments to veterans’ flight-training programs. NBAA signed a letter to leaders of the House Committee on Veterans’ Affairs seeking changes to bill H.R. 4149.
